Manual fan speed automatically being set to 1% less.

Hi, aldostools. I reported SELECT+UP/DOWN just a while ago and that was fixed but i been noticing since then that however i set my manual fan speed percentage to it...

Refreshing gamelist freezes PS3 when "Refresh XML: OK xxx Games" is displayed

I don't know how long it had this problem but 1.47.42 freezes my PS3 everything I refresh gamelist. Can you look into it?
