This change have to be done in https://github.com/Ryujinx/Ryujinx/blob/master/src/Ryujinx.Headless.SDL2/SDL2MouseDriver.cs#L15 aswell.
As it said right now `You are running an outdated version of Windows. Ryujinx supports Windows 10 version 1803 and newer.`
Can we have some results about this change? Does it really reduce the RAM usage now?
