Has anyone gotten ldn2 working for this? I was not able to see my real switch hosted game from ryujinx. Also tried hosting from ryujinx, and my CFW switch was not able to see the lan game either.
@oldskool75 as Stardew Valley does not have LAN mode, there cannot be a connection between Ryujinx and a Switch for that game at this time. It may work only between Ryujinx instances in local play/local wireless.
Actually, it does! Under Co-Op, it has two options:
- Online Communication (NSO signin req)
- Local Communication
Biggest beef is that it has to 'find' the host, rather than putting in the name/IP.... but that's not a ryujinx problem...
Local Communication is LDN, LAN Mode is something else which have to be activated in the game by a keys combo! Which isn’t supported by this game. (Btw, this is not the place for support, I suggest you to goes on our Discord for further informations/supports, thanks!)

I was not looking for support so much as understanding whether the functionality existed or not. This issue is tagged, "LDN-Untested". LDN2 is out(-ish), and Stardew Valley supports local wireless. Also, google brings me here to this page, and not discord. ;)

Edit: it will not work. Only games compatible with an actual switch require 'LAN Mode', until there is further development.
The local wireless part may well work fine between Ryujinx instances. I haven't tested it though, as the game exists on so many platforms already that other, more Switch-exclusive games were prioritized during the testing phase. Maybe I'll give it a try one of these days.
How did y'all get past this part? After typing in my name, I try to hit Ok, Cancel, X, esc, or even quit and restart the game, but once I get this Software Keyboard pop-up, it will not go away, so I cannot play.

Hi Did you test to join a lan world with Ryujinx thats hosted by a real switch?
LDN does not work for Ryujinx hosted by a real switch from the testing I've done.
