Work for 0.3 DL?

As the title, i was try with 0.3 DL version and got unsupported, message while running game, can you make the 0.3 DL version work please!

I try to run FCNPC RC7 2.0 brand with 0.3 DL but it alway crashes while npc spawn [05:02:32] Loading filterscript 'traindrivers_pilots.amx'... [05:02:33] [npc:join] TrainDriverLS has joined the server (199:127.0.0.1)...

Sometime, the keys value is just on wrong variable, i mean, the newkeys value is on oldkey value while using hook OnPlayerKeyStateChange(....) but if im using OnPKeyStateChange(...) the problem solved,...
