Having the same issue in windows 10. The cards are ramping up but the fans are not could be a heat issue

I have been working with gpt4all trying to see if it might work but the model so far is not impressing me

Gpt 4 Is not available to the public through the api only thought the web chat interface until it is opened to the public use 3.5 turbo
