@VinayVeerappaji, It's a great idea since everyone will be able to just copy-paste the README markdown from the website and use it (without ever having to visit the GitHub repository)....

What should be the frequency of the workflow? It currently is set to every Sunday. I think we should set it to run every day.

Should we add a test? We can check the value of `process.versions.tz` in the test, and whenever the workflow updates the ICU file, we will update the test as well....

Can I take this up? I had achieved this functionality with the keyboard shortcuts, but discarded because I thought it is not an ideal behavior.
