That's biggest pain when working with Java JPA models..
Just copied ".chiseld.db" file and restarted server - that works.

What's your workflow while navigating large documents currently? Minimap with clickable links at relative positions would be perfect, but perhaps saving links to markdown already might work?
Having similar issue the app crashing after "listen_timeout" - that happens when pm2 assumes the app not started when it didn't send "listen" signal
