Doesnt work in Notepad++ 7.6.2 version

I am using 7.6.4, it does not work for me too: Cannot install plugins thru Plugin Admin or when I load plugins manually to the plugins folder:(

It works perfectly on versions 7.5.X, going back to old version

The package comparison option in the package module is not working as expected.
