@Scalerize21, don't use PADEMU as it has a lot of compatibility issues. Better use [BlueRetro](https://github.com/darthcloud/BlueRetro) or [Wingman PS2](https://www.brookaccessory.com/products/wingmanps2/index.html).

@AKuHAK, @Phantasm90, the only option where this game works well is OPL Beta 1.2.0 2048 SMB PAL (Mode 5).

@carl0sjt i can test it but i need such cheats for offline games.
