[ISSUE]: Disney Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End doesn't launch SMB on OPL 2049, or any OPL I've tested

Describe the issue
I'm having trouble playing the game on my SCPH-90010 SMB setup. The game launches into a "no signal" screen (in my TV means all blue), without any sign of life. I've tested with many configurations like Modes, Pademu off, VMC off, GSM , and nothing seems to work.

OPL Stable 1.1.0 SMB - works well
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2104 SMB - works well
My PS2 model is SCPH-90008. I use redump images and don't use PADEMU, VMC, GSM.
