[ISSUE]: [SLES-54002] & [SLUS-21251] FlatOut 2 - black screen on MX4SIO

Describe the issue
Upon starting, the game loads but remains stuck on a black screen. It doesn’t work even when one or more of the game modes are active. Both versions (NTSC & PAL) exhibit the same issue.
I tested both versions using USB and MX4SIO (even with two different SD cards). Although they work flawlessly over USB, MX4SIO still fails to function.

@PixeliGer, check out this and try OPL Beta 1.2.0 2036. Also you can try this.
I tried it on OPL 120.2125 with MX4SIO. No luck, still black screen. Just like with Marvel Ultimate Allaince games. Upd: tested it with 2201 - still black screen.
@JustMKMe and @PixeliGer There were some changes made to MX4SIO, so could you try again now?
@Jaajees Tested on OPL 1.2.0 rev 2210 with PAL (SLES-54002) and NTSC (SLUS-21251) versions, still black screen after PS2 Logo on MX4SIO

@JustMKMe and @PixeliGer There were some changes made to MX4SIO, so could you try again now?
SCPH-75008 no dice with FlatOut 2 over MX4SIO. At first time it froze on "Loading config..." message (I'm launching it via uLaunchELF in the same folder as other version of OpenPS2Loader mentioned here). On second time after checking if 2201 works - launched the game, but still black screen with FlatOut2.
By the way, 2201 works fine - it passes "Loading Config" message, but game goes to black screen, as mentioned.
