I have the same issue on windows versions 2.0.2 completely freezes.

Try updating it, it worked for me. npm update -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code (even though I was on the latest already)

I am getting this API error more frequently it seems over...

I am getting those too, instead of killing the terminal I have been logging in again every time (maybe that's why it's completely frozen right now..). I am on windows...
