Are these weird RNASeq reads correctly or incorrectly mapped?

This bug may have disappeared with recent updates - required doing a bunch of random clicks/edits to appear.

agreed (but could be shown in all situations) - much like our other graphs. maybe the biojs folks have a good dotplot library?
