can't install script

Guess I don't know what I am doing, but I can't even get started. How do I install the script using Script editor - copy and paste the code in bibtex-cite.js from my computer's editor into a script in a new script project? Thanks,

Same issue :( "Add new trigger" doesn't work because Google says the URI is too long...

 414. That’s an error.
 The requested URL /... is too large to process. That’s all we know.
