Hi @enuggetry - we provide an aggregation of that kind of info to users of the [Cloud Blast service](https://sequenceserver.com/cloud)

I.e., add a conditional to: https://github.com/wurmlab/sequenceserver/blob/master/views/search.erb

Just a note to say that this feature exists (in a highly robust manner) for users of the hosted Cloud service...

I"m reopening this - as we want to be able run DIAMOND from within Seqserv (and it should now be possible to replace "like-for-like" (or almost))
