Looks like the related PR was merged in so this issue can be closed.

For the record, the response for the URL is now HTTP error 403.

I hit the same problem - forgot `outputs.file` section (to `stdout`) in one of the files in the `/etc/telegraf/telegraf.d/` directory and it applied also to inputs from `/etc/telegraf/telegraf.conf`.

This certainly needs more thought. I think the idea is to introduce Indexer option (say `--full-reindex`) ~~and in case the index version is less than the one of the indexer...

This should be revisited since we switched Windows builds from AppVeyor to Travis.

Travis is long gone, however the Unix-only annotations are still in place. Needs revisiting.

The Windows build in Github Actions still fails with, at least for the first case: ``` FileHistoryCacheTest.testRenamedFilePlusChangesBranched:547 hg command '[hg, import, D:\a\OpenGrok\OpenGrok\opengrok-indexer\target\test-classes\history\hg-export-renamed.txt]' failed. exit code: 255 ```

I would like this to be aligned to the Java updates in Solaris so that our production instance keeps running :-)
