How to use that docker image? I built it, but there are no further instructions...

You need at least sdl2! Otherwise you build mostly a non-functional thing. Of course this won't solve the compilation problem, but at least configure should do better.

OK eliminating xms_map_size is interesting. But your solution is not the only one to achieve that. You say "phys_rsv_low can be of any size, it doesn't need to be lower...
