Mac: 'option+n' don't trigger callback

I also ran into this too on Chrome on macOS Ventura. Defining a hotkey for 'option+1' (or 'option+2') didn't register. Interestingly, it seems to be a regression in version 4.0.2...

Space#windows is too slow

I am also running into this issue, where `Window.recent()` sometimes takes ~500ms to return (Phoenix 3.00, Ventura 13.2.1, 14" M1 Pro MBP). Per a suggestion in #235, rebooting the machine...
