Builds on Github include the hybrid content system that can load TS1 lots (configurable with config.ini) though since it is a hybrid you still need both TSO and TS1 installed....

What does it need TSO files for? All graphics, models and animations for TS1... are in TS1.

The game deliberately stutters when killing enemies, it's called hitstun. I wasn't sure about "friendly" ai so I checked on console and it does seem to do it for them...
