Sounds like you aren't ripping the Mixed Mode CD properly. Btw, those dll hacks assume that there isn't other data to be read from the original cd, other than music.

Mixed [is a mess](http://wiki.redump.org/index.php?title=CD_Dumping_Guide_with_Audio_Tracks_\(Old\)).. But did you try CD BurnerXP, ImgBurn or DiscImageCreator? If your DPC is low, then it's not DPC to cause your problems. It seems self-evident. Meanwhile people with shitty DPC are going to have a bad time. Then, network...
