Have logged in users work with admin app too

If the logged in user has staff perm, he/she should be able to auth into the admin app; but somehow that is not working.

Rename app because of Jainrain name change.

RPXnow has been changed to Janrain Engage. So we should rename this django app so that people looking for a django engage app will find this.

See where the TODOs are in the source.

And GET operations shouldn't be destructive. So maybe make that page a form.

Doesn't seem elegant that we pass in a string of query params.
