Rename app because of Jainrain name change.

RPXnow has been changed to Janrain Engage. So we should rename this django app so that people looking for a django engage app will find this.

I found this app with the rpx name Janrain Engage only references the wordpress and drupal plugin is this app still working with the "new" engage system ?

Yes, I believe it still works under the the "new" Jainrain Engage system. My current projects are using django-rpx-plus without any issues despite the name change from rpxnow to engage.
