Sounds like a good idea to me. Can the Azure CLI do this? If so, great - we can just piggy back on that.
I really wouldn't want to add another dependency to Farmer (i.e. AzCopy) if we can avoid it :-/

Doing this would also remove the need for `add_resources`.
I don't know if this is possible though - calling custom operations within a `For` method.

Having chatted with @panesofglass, I don't think this will easily be possible. We could potentially yield within `add_resources` but I'm not sure what the use case or benefit that would...
