Add support for MediaServices as a resource and as Source for EventGrid

We have recently had to add basic support for MediaServices. And also using it as a source in EventGrid. Would there be any interest in a PR for that support?

I just saw that there is a MediaServicesEvent in Builders.EventGrid.fs but it seems unused as of now. Maybe there is some support already that I am not realising?

@viktorvan it probably is just a throwback to when we were creating the initial support, but let me double check and get back.
