流程是这样的：先安装插件，按钮变灰就是装好了，然后再关闭这个窗口，如果我的猜测正确的话你应该会被提示重启 IDE 或者什么别的，然后你重启，它就会有这个插件了，不要去重新搜索。 我个人认为这是 2020 版本的一个体验问题，早期是安装插件后就强制重启，他们为了改善用户体验希望部分插件可以不重启就装好，但是这个机制在实现的时候出了各种各样的问题，我的插件（因为用到的接口很简单，所以可以直接动态加载）也受到了牵连

这个是没有办法的，它连 contextual actions 都没有了 (这部分代码我猜是用 CEF 渲染的，跟代码编辑器原理都不一样)… 我知道这个很重要，但是技术上我并不清楚怎么实现
