Would be good to document this feature `gh gei migrate-secret-alerts` @dylan-smith and the limitations around traceability such as losing the timestamp a secret was closed after migration and losing who...

@timrogers The cli extension does show this feature pretty prominently so would be good to prioritize. Also add `gh gei migrate-code-scanning-alerts` to the backlog for docs too maybe?
