Would be good to document this feature gh gei migrate-secret-alerts @dylan-smith and the limitations around traceability such as losing the timestamp a secret was closed after migration and losing who closed the secret. The cli tool extension does make it clear this feature exists.

@timrogers The cli extension does show this feature pretty prominently so would be good to prioritize.

Also add gh gei migrate-code-scanning-alerts to the backlog for docs too maybe? image
