Since the meeting ending depends on the host, this is 100% possible but other clients won't see a modified timer.

Player left the game without reason is not really possible afaik, but left due to error can be somewhat done with Attempt to Ban.

I was meaning that the bodies are client sided but dleks is server sided.

It won't really be possible to do body types server-side as long mode depends on the player's device time.
