[Feature] Change player tasks

To change your own or another player's tasks. Changing another player might require safe mode off idk

This is totally possible, though I'm not sure if it is without host!

Pretty sure this can be either host only or non safe mode. I tried changing the amount of common tasks, long tasks, and short tasks in game once but it only has an effect before the game starts

TOHE and other host only mods can override tasks for specific people like the "lazy guy" role
