I was able to resolve this by running `npm install` in `~/.avn`.

@gaearon Sorry to ping you directly, but assuming I haven't made a mistake somewhere, it's not just `npm`. Github `dependabot` still highlights the "vulnerabilities", even when moved to `devDependencies`. So...

@TadeuA Confirmed fixed in 6.5.11, and the stack is at 6.5.12 now.

I'll +1 this. A prop table cache would be pretty sick. I'd gladly help (as available) and/or test (as ready) this kind of feature.
