I have the same issue. It is super weird. how we can fix it?

It seems because of your node. Try re-install node and remove items from devDependecies in package.json and run that command again.

it will be generated automatically on build process and it is ES5 version of your backend to run on node.js

may be your admin token expired. re-login with an account with isAdmin = true to fix it.
