Admin token is not valid

Even though I am the admin details I am getting is error. What exactly is the issue ?

may be your admin token expired. re-login with an account with isAdmin = true to fix it.

even after re-login it did not resolve msg: "Admin Token is not valid." , can we reset a new admin ? how to fix this sir . please help..!!
