@hermannloose, now that we have the always visible additional actions buttons, is there still a need for more rows of buttons for quick replies?

I like to close all files, then use the "GitHub Pull Request: Open All Diffs" command and then "Mark as viewed" to accomplish something similar.

The new create view removes this!
