I have tried out `github_ref` as well doesn't work as expected.  What's the best way to test out GitHub actions locally?

Internet says [this](https://github.com/nektos/act) tool could be used for testing actions locally.

@samyakgaur before opening a PR please discuss the approach, UI changes etc with the community on [czo](https://chat.zulip.org/#narrow/stream/16-desktop). This will save a lot of your time.
