@paulcbetts Any update on this? The spellchecker doesn't detect language automatically on macOS. On other OS it works pretty well.

On Linux/Windows, electron-spellchecker can automatically switch to the language user is typing in. This doesn't work on macOS though. Please [see](https://github.com/zulip/zulip-electron/pull/322).

`base_ref` is only available for forked repo I think - https://help.github.com/en/actions/configuring-and-managing-workflows/using-environment-variables#default-environment-variables
