I license past and future contributions under the dual MIT/Apache-2.0 license, allowing licensees to choose either at their option.

FWIW I have published a fork of this module with this PR merged as [menoetius](https://www.npmjs.com/package/menoetius). Hopefully this PR will get merged one day and then I can delete it.
