At the very least, the error message should be fixed. Something like: "This is either not an image or this image format is not supported by ContentDB.".

I dug through the documentation and I think I found the problem! The string has the flag "safe-html" set in Weblate. safe-html checks for "unsafe" HTML characters in the string....

Okay, reading this, my immediate reaction is to reconsider or revert the current behavior. Frequent accidental quitting is a serious UX issue and it should be treated like a bug....
