IIUC, https://github.com/Crazy-Marvin/MetadataRemover/issues/104#issuecomment-2270767530 notes all this is blocked from landing in F-droid, so no way to see these improvements for such users.

This seems complementary to #419, which was solved differently via #488 → #489, but didn't quite do that or this.

Wait, `ffmpeg`'s already part of this. That (or [replacement](https://github.com/Crazy-Marvin/MetadataRemover/issues/105#issuecomment-2267539764)) _can_ already do this. @Rashxz?
