I vote for parallel by default, but w/ gracefully scaled auto-fallback [as requested](https://github.com/shssoichiro/oxipng/issues/683#issuecomment-2676562430) when there aren't enough resources for fully-parallel processing.

Yes, these bugs are fixed, but the browser is still so klunky & hard to debug. As I use it, I'll file more bugs.
