you change the value to `warp`. Changing the default-value is not an option... it is "compiled" into the schema. You can only overwrite the default-value.
The difficult part is about dconf setting. I have the feeling it involves caching Not sure how to resolve this nicely. I had the same experience about 3 year back...

how did you install the extension? might be, that you installed it system-wide & user-wide.
then you need to uninstall one of them. Recompile the schemas and there is only one context-entry.
try `make uninstall-common`
