Broken on nixos?

Unsure if I've done something wrong

{ pkgs, ... }:
{
  programs.nautilus-open-any-terminal = {
    enable = true;
    terminal = "kitty";
  };
  environment.systemPackages = with pkgs; [
    nautilus
  ];
}

With this configuration (kitty installed) the option doesn't appear, no error messages or useful info from what I can see

~+1 I'm on 25.05 (with GNOME 48), FYI~

I fiddled a bit with my flake and somehow it's fixed now (– maybe after logout + login and/or reboot) … #works4me

Same thing happened for me, it eventually just started working on its own

Not sure what fixed it though I don't think I made any changes after the fact, probably is something like a reboot though I rebooted a few times when I was trying to fix it and it didn't work

The difficult part is about dconf setting. I have the feeling it involves caching

Not sure how to resolve this nicely. I had the same experience about 3 year back then...

I will close it for now. Feel free to respond if this comes up again.
