Sorry, I don't understand what's GARC, but the model file is located in the 1 (Model) folder from the S/M models package I downloaded and the file name is 0192...

In the tool the animation is playing correctly, only after export and then importing to Unity this happens.

Material animation export support would be great

Apparently the way is to add .FBX export support along with material animations export

I'm currently using Animation Events in Unity to manually add the facial changes during animation (which is the material animation), don't know if this is possible to implement in .DAE...

Its working for other cases though, like Eevee vs Pidgeotto, double edge recoil looks correct, maybe its only volt tackle, does Pikachu have Light Orb bonus? maybe the recoil damage...
