This is actually a feature I would want to use at home since I usually play just one title until I'm done with it, and skipping going through the menu...

@est77 Does this only apply to palette data, or maps/tiles as well?

I’m not familiar with PCE internals personally, so I’m happy to receive any fixes pertaining to the PCE code paths. I will have a closer look at the diff above.
