Hey @claydiffrient, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. From the screenshot, it looks like PostHog hasn't been initialized yet. When are you calling `setPersonProperties({ something: 'something else' })`?

Our [Zendesk routing triggers](https://posthoghelp.zendesk.com/admin/objects-rules/rules/triggers/14505275311387) which automatically assign tickets to the correct teams, are set up to switch the status to `open` as well. ![2024-02-05 at 16 57 52@2x](https://github.com/PostHog/posthog/assets/13001502/6ea29c03-7019-41fb-9ff1-4ec5c44bc763)

I've updated all routing triggers and new tickets will now appear as `New` in each queue.
