AdvancedBan is open-source, allowing other developers to freely contribute towards AdvancedBan if they wanted. Nobody has decided to contribute as of now.

Where was AdvancedBan installed? Was it installed on Bungeecord only? What server software are you using otherwise?

Hey hey, is your server cracked/offline-mode by any chance? Your server seems to insert swedish characters into the database, thus hinting to a cracked/offline-mode server.

your users are presumably joining with names that contain swedish characters, [please follow this tutorial on how to change your database encoding](https://mariadb.com/kb/en/setting-character-sets-and-collations/)

Did you correctly install AdvancedBan? Remember that it should only be installed on your Proxy when used on a network.
