is your server cracked/offline-mode by any chance? Your server seems to insert swedish characters into the database, thus hinting to a cracked/offline-mode server.
Yes server is running in offline mode. I use an internal authentication that uses the same sql database.
your users are presumably joining with names that contain swedish characters, please follow this tutorial on how to change your database encoding
