perm banned even after /unban

What version of AdvancedBan (/AdvancedBan) are you using? 2.3.0

What kind of server do you have (Bungeecord/single server)? Bungeecord

What server version (/version) are you using? 1.18.2

Please provide the EXACT steps required to reproduce the problem... 1.get perm banned 2.try joining after unban 3.stay banned even after /unban or anything else

Any error/log post it through pastebin.com and link it here. (Also include /plugins/AdvancedBan/logs/latest.log)

Add any additional information below. friend banned me as a joke now he cant unban me thru console or anything

Where was AdvancedBan installed? Was it installed on Bungeecord only? What server software are you using otherwise?

Were you IP Banned by your friend or were you just Permanently Banned?

Because, if you are IP Banned you would need to unban the IP not just the account. Unless you weren't IP Banned and was just normally banned
