@canoeberry @jamessimas Click-through was accidentally disabled in build 4170 and then re-enabled in build 4184. So yes click-through is the long standing behavior.
Sublime Text 4 is backwards compatible with Sublime Text 3, almost everything that applies to 3 applies to 4.

Looks like you have a fair number of GNOME extensions installed. It could be that one of those is causing this.
Do you have the `"remember_workspace"` setting enabled?
