Are you sure this is a right repository?
@f4exb Any chance this issue could be reopened? Thanks!
I did not try the patch, I wanted to wait for the next SDRangel release.
Sorry for not updating the ticket. It indeed does work. :-)
I agree. The "generic demodulator" could also be useful for demodulating rtty/psk31 signals, pocsag and other paging protocols, and possibly also ft8/jt9 and similar.
Ah, I forgot about the POCSAG demod. :-)
Upstream ticket: https://osmocom.org/issues/5562
The issue was [patched downstream](https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gr-osmosdr/c/01cd07aef4d2c20e3209cec1eb920837068fdfb1?branch=rawhide) in Fedora. Let's hope it will also be fixed in upstream and/or in other Linux distributions.
Thanks for the info and links to the PRs! I will try testing it and providing feedback when I have some time.
Thanks! Setting the max deviation to 17 kHz did work around the issue (but made weaker NFM transmissions quieter/harder to understand).
