No, I'm sorry that wasn't clear, it's basically a connection refused / couldn't connect message that I get. I.e. the host cannot be found. ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error in chrome, same as...


I don't think I can assign the issue, that would be @alextes But I think you can just create a PR if you got the fix, issue assigned or not....
